Jordan, Jay Frog (and formerly Axel Coon), Jens Thele (manager) ALTERNATE MONIKERS: 3 A.M., Guess Who!, The Loop!, Scooter, Section 11 BIOGRAPHY: Ratty is the side-project of the popular techno group Scooter. The members of Scooter wanted to try out a different, more trance-oriented sound, completely astray from the Scooter name. Two singles were released in 2001 under the Ratty name.
